Fine

Easy to order

easy to follow

easy and very quick particularly with last minute action :)

I wanted to send.my good friend flowers in Victoria and when I checked florists, Lillys stood out and was easily the one I chose

Website is fine. I understand the need to substitute according to what flowers are available, but what was delivered was nothing like the arrangement I chose from the website! Was very disappointed!

Very easy to use , I’m not great with technology but did fine . Great communication and fast . Flowers were fresh and beautiful.

Very good choice

Well presented.just sufficient information

Wrong delivery address was recorded. Changed extra fee. Very disappointed with this service. Will not be using it again
