Absolutely shocking. No confirmation of booking, no tracking on flowers, order at 9AM for “same day delivery”. Flowers never arrived. Communication shocking upon complaining. Managed to get a refund....

Ordered flowers for my day in law days in advance but they never arrived . I did get a refund but I wouldn’t recommend them .in the future I would rind a local florist direct.
