David, I am very sorry that you have been disappointed. These flowers were delivered to the hospital at 12 noon. In the private hospital they will not let us go to the rooms therefore we have to leave them at the desk and the hospital staff deliver them to the rooms. This is their rules. I am very sorry that you felt you were chasing flowers. I am also sorry that it did not get there sooner. Please accept our apologies for this. We do strive to be in communication with all our customers and I am sorry that we have let you down in the matter.
