Delivery could be improved, Instructions and a contact Tel number were supplied if problems, but no phone call was received and delivery was done to suit carrier, not customer.

I selected Lily's Florist as i was initially drawn to the name as love lily as girls name but also the frangrance of this beautiful flower - they certainly didnt disappoint and also i usually only send flowers to cheer a friend in need, Lily's Florist will receive my business in the future.
