seemed prompt and efficient

prompt & on time. The flower arrangement seemed to be done by inexperienced person and flowers were scant to say the least.

Telephone sales terrible, took far too long and cost me over $33 on my mobile phone just to place a simple order.

Tried to phone to confirm but went to a general site not Lily's.
