A good website, However a little confused regarding costs for total order and additional cost for a basic card to attach to the flowers, I have never been charged extra for the card.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I've been told the flowers were beautiful. Not one complaint. The only 2 things I could suggest is, being able to tell the size of the bunches by the photos. Also...

Website was fine, the product ordered was nothing like what was delivered and still waiting for a response from the company to rectify the situation. Do not recommend this company.

Prompt answering phone. Friendly service, good flowers also given a good suggestion with message on card. Thank you
