Poor; almost entirely because they kept trying to suggest that I might pursue a 'whiplash'/ injury claim after I had said that I had sustained NO injury.

Having investigated your comments it would appear that this was not Lifesure but rather a subsidiary of your insurance company. We appreciate that you do not wish to be pestered and whilst we will enquire as to any injuries at the point of initial contact, and if you advise us there are none we will not continue to contact you. It is our intention to treat our customers as we would want to be treated.
