Leisure guard have been my go to fir the last few years, they have polices that suit my needs with plenty of upgrades and options. And they send me offers by email which is a bonus.

Great customer service but very long wait time to speak with someone.

This was a duplicated transaction. the website was not working properly. still waiting to have it sorted

I waited 57 minutes on the phone being held in a queue to speak to an adviser and gave up. Used just the online service instead which gave me different quotes each time I asked.

On hold for more than 45 mins twice since Monday plus email auto response states no reply for 4 weeks. Website faulty at the weekend and I’ve been charged twice for one policy. Service not good so...

Complete and efficiently presented policies. Good set of cover options competitively priced. Handy summary sheet offered showing what is and is not included at a glance.
