Thank you for your feedback. I understand that there was a situation where the lead passenger name and additional traveller were the same and we are currently investigating how this happened. I apologise for any inconvenience caused but can see this has been resolved now. I trust that you have received revised policy documents showing this but if you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. Regards Leisure Guard team

Further to the above, i have been speaking with the price comparison site you purchased the policy from and they have advised the issue occurred due to a browser autofill on their end which they are working on at the moment to address. It would therefore seem that the problem occurred outside of Leisure Guards control so with this in mind, can you confirm that the rating provided reflects the overall service received at the point of purchase? If so, please let us know of any other issues or if you were happy with the service, please re-rate the review based on this. Regards Leisure Guard team

Thank you for your feedback. I am pleased to see the score given, but the initial review invite was designed to capture your comments on the actual purchase of the policy and not the complete end to end claims process so can you confirm that the rating provided reflects the overall service received at the point of purchase? If so, please let us know of any other issues or if you were happy with the service, please re-rate the review based on this. Regards Leisure Guard team
