The information given online about the policy and what I am being told does not match. Nowhere on the website does it say what cruise cover covers.

Action taken to change wording on website, I hope they are true to their word and will do this. Response to my concerns was timely and Lorraine listened carefully, explained clearly and then took action to resolve the issue.
