Service communications guaranteed a quality product but product ended up being extremely low quality. Information on warranty is terrible.

We had a great experience. The liner we ordered was very good quality and the easiest one we have ever installed. The shipping was very fast as well. The only issue we had was in the kit we ordered...

Site provided the information to convert sand media to glass. Packaging was clean and easy to handle. Delivery was delayed one day due to weather but that not under their control.
