Hello Sunil Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are sorry to hear that your initial performance was cancelled but are glad you enjoyed the show on the date we rebooked you for. Unfortunately, we are a third party company and have no control over the decisions of the producers to cancel a show. This is a very rare event and we know how frustrating this can be for customers. Cancelling a show is the absolute last resort for a show and is certainly not a ploy to make a consumer pay more. Theatres follow a dynamic price plan so a Saturday Night over the easter break and a bank holiday weekend is always going to be at a higher price. To address your points raised, we would like to clear up a few things: 1). As soon as we were informed, we contacted you promptly by phone, apologising and offering you an alternative booking or a full refund, which you have praised at the top of your review. 2).
