Best costumer service I have had in a while.
The lovely lady I spoke to informed me of the new things coming to the park and what my stay would look like. She explained what was in the room and how it is laid out. And answered all my questions....

Process is fine - particularly like floor plans of rooms and clear descriptions of what's included. Was expensive though!

No option for a birthday. I am taking my grandson away for the night and it would be nice if legoland would offer a cake or gesture.

The people in the call centre were brilliant, but when booking online being unable to change the date on the day pass isn't possible and therefore 4 stars not 5 stars

Would definitely use again, very easy to use, clear photos and pricing of extras.
