Terrible customer service! Bought a Mystic brand hoodie that arrived damaged. Initially Tom Holland offered a replacement via exchange courier, but since his email nothing has transpired. I have...

Hi Lee, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. As per your review, Tom from our customer team replied within an hour of you notifying us of an issue with your order. The reply sent Wed, 18 Jan 2023 at 10:19 AM was as follows - "Hi Lee, Thank you for your email and recent order.I'm sorry to see the issue with you Mystic brand sweat.We will be able to exchange your hoodie for a new one.Is there a day this week that works best for an exchange. We will use a DPD swap service where the same courier will both deliver and collect at the same time.Many thanks, Tom" Since we have not received a reply to the email above that you have confirmed receipt of, no exchange of the item has been arranged. If you could reply to the email with a day that works best you as requested an exchange can be actioned. We look forward to hearing from you.
