Changed the wrong size
Company changed the wrong size underwear to the correct size (it was my mistake) and didn’t ask me any questions, they quickly sent me a new pair of underwear after returning.

am a medium.
I bought medium- too tight.
Paid to return.
Ordered replacement- large.
Large too tight too.
Paid to return - by now well out of pocket.
I wondered if the sizing was totally wrong or...
