kings camp has good advert and beautiful leaflets but the reality is that your kids get very little of what they promised!

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear of your disappointment with your child's experience. With the younger groups of children on camp, we aim to balance the sport sessions, with fun games and activities. We offer a mixture of short sessions, which ensures we keep their concentration whilst managing their energy levels. From feedback we have received, we are aware of the importance for parents to be informed of the activities their children have participated in throughout the day. We will be introducing a form of report for parents at the end of each day, confirming the activities that the children have participated in. Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad to hear overall that your child enjoyed her time with us this summer. We agree! The welcome is crucial to ensure children feel happy, confident & settled whilst at camp. Our swim sessions are designed to develop technique whilst having fun, it looks like we didn't get this right on this occasion. We will work with the recruitment and programme design team to ensure swimming is delivered as we expect. As a summer camp we encourage the children to be outdoors as much as possible (weather permitting!). We must create a balance; avoiding over exposure to the sun whilst enjoying fresh air. We'll ensure that your comments are addressed through our training programmes and hope to better your daughter's experience for the future.
