Not told camp was not at The Edge for the first week I booked which…

Not told camp was not at The Edge for the first week I booked which caused me major problems getting there. Main reason I book Kings Camp is because it is at The Edge.

Kings camp is great. I have used it for about 4 years with no issues. Just had problem this time with not being told venue was different for 1 of the 3 weeks I booked. Staff at venue were very helpful and friendly.

Thanks again for your feedback. As discussed over the phone, we failed to clearly inform parents of the switch between sports facilities on the Leeds Met University campus. Having reviewed and updated our systems we will ensure that, through text messages and emails, in the future all parents will be aware of any changes as soon as possible. Average service. At drop off each morning the staff seemed disinterested and lacking in enthusiasm when greeting the children. It was the same at the end of the day.
