I’m very sorry to hear that your experience with Kings Camps wasn't as you expected. It’s incredibly important to us that all children feel safe and supported during their time with us, and ultimately leave having had a fun experience. I understand our Membership Manager spent considerable time discussing your concerns with you and exploring the options available to help resolve them. Whilst our website doesn’t allow you to extend the days on an existing booking, our Membership Team will be happy to arrange this for you over the phone in the future. You’re welcome to increase a 3-day booking to 4 or 5 days, as long as they are in the same week 😊 We’re so pleased to hear your daughter loved her time at King’s Camps, and we look forward to welcoming you back soon! :)
