Thank you for your feedback. We're really glad to hear that Matteo had fun, but we're truly sorry to hear he experienced teasing from other children. That's absolutely not the experience we want any child to have, and we take these matters seriously. We'll be sure to pass this on to the team so they can review and look into this. We also appreciate your comments about the venue heat. While it is a modern building, we understand that it can still get very warm during active sessions, especially in the hotter weeks. We'll feed this back to the venue themselves to look into how we can better manage this moving forward to ensure a more comfortable environment for the children. Thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts, it really helps us improve, and we're glad to hear Matteo still loved his time despite the above!
