I still have not received the product and I am being asked to review it. Really?!

Website says order ships in 3-5 days. It’s been nearly a month. No response to emails. No notifications—not what I would expect from a $2200 purchase. Would not recommend nor buy again.

My order shipped months late, with minimal communication from Kernel. To make matters worse, much of my order was either bent, scratched or both.

I still have not received my order and have not heard back from customer service about when my order will even arrive. It's been over a month at this point so I'm going to be canceling my order.

Beautiful shelves, quick shipping. Standards and hangtrack came a little later, but we're in the middle of a pandemic, so that's quite understandable.
