Thanks for your review. Your order is a preorder which means it hasn’t been sent out yet and as per our website it is due in January. We now know It is due to arrive on the 15th January and will be sent out shortly after.We are sorry you felt the need to give us one star on Feefo as we pride ourselves on our 5 star customer service but Feefo also sends out the requests for reviews automatically a week after the orders are placed and usually this I plenty of time for the bag to arrive. We do hope it will be worth the wait.Best WishesKerikit

Wonderful company and owner. Great shopping experience. Just wish Sezzle (or perhaps some other payment plan) was still available. At least take it off the website if it isn’t offered anymore....
