I tried to return the mixer to get a stronger machine from kenwood. They said that it was operating as expected to do. So they think that the mixer jumping all over the table is acceptable.

This is incorrect. You only refunded me for the unopened attachments for the mixer. which I returned.You refused to accept the mixer back and did not refund me for it. I am stuck with a mixer that does not function as advertised.

Kenwood was helpful when I contacted them. Starting with my mum, all the family have had Kenwood chefs but the quality and performance of my latest one is to say the least not up to standard
