We received your email and we replied to you on Saturday evening at 20:34 to your hotmail account. The email may be in your junk mail so I have forwarded the response again but from our personal email account.
I would like to resolve this, perhaps a credit on your account for another item up to the value you have paid or send us a copy of your repair receipt and we will cover it?
