What a fabulous service, a slight problem with my online order was quickly sorted. I love to visit Karelia House it is a cornucopia for all textile lovers and the cake is great too.

Easy website to navigate and purchase from. Speedy delivery, well packaged, I rung them to see if they had something else in stock Babs was extremely helpful and polite. Highly recommended.
