Whilst no excuse, I can only advise that the combination of holidays and Christmas close contributed to the delay in your case. We advise customers that ordinarily the process can take up to 7 days for a refund to be credited. Thanks for bringing this to our attention, we'll take a look at our Christmas procedures.
