The pillow is generally nice, but a bit firm to my liking. I'm not sure if it's improved my sleep, but it's not a bad addition to the bed.

I bought this as I usually use lavender oil on my pillow when I have trouble sleeping. They spray seemed more convenient, but has meant that the scent is a weaker than what I'm used to.
