Good product but unhappy delivery

Really good delivery. Good product. The item should really be sent signed for though as the delivery was just left outside my house and nobody even knocked to see if anyone was in.

The Kally Team very kindly gave me a full refund after I emailed them, and simply asked that I donate the pillow to a local charity. I will be donating the pillow to a homeless shelter tomorrow.
