I have had this subscription since January but have only received 2 magazines...it's now September. I live in Switzerland, so although I expected a slightly delayed service...it's an expensive cost...

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you have had trouble with your issues arriving. I have checked your subscription and can see the issues have been dispatched on time, as you are overseas, delivery times are to be expected but these should still be arriving. I have contacted our distribution department to see if there is anything further we can do to improve this for you. In the meantime I have amended your delivery packaging method. I have extended the subscriptions for you by 4 issues to compensate and added an additional copy onto Science + Nature. Please let me know if you see any improvements in delivery times, however please note, the Royal Mail has been affected by delays due to staffing and strikes.
