Poor communication and would not use them

Very poor communication and we found at times bit rude. I am not sure it was because we were only buyers and not sellers. I would not use them even as a seller in the future.

Good afternoon We were very surprised by your feedback regarding your purchase of your new home and can only apologise if you felt that we did not communicate or help you, during your purchase. We take all feedback very seriously. A purchaser is definitely as important as a buyer to Joplings, as without both, a sale of a property or finding a client a new home, is not able to happen.
