We are pleased to offer free returns with An Post however this service does not allow for pre-printed labels unfortunately. The label can be generated via their website when required. If you have not yet availed of this service, full instructions on how to access your free returns label are on the paperwork included with your order. Kind Regards, Kirsty

Hi, thank you for your feedback. I have reviewed your order and can see that it was delivered to you 14 days ago and that a refund has not been actioned yet. As advised on the returns form we cannot confirm when a return is received by us however we will send an email once the refund has been actioned. We state that it can take up to 14 days from the date of posting for a refund to be processed. Please track your return via the Royal Mail website using the tracking information provided to you from the Post Office. This will confirm if the return has been delivered to us. Once received it joins a queuing system for processing. In the unlikely event that 14 days passes from the date of posting and you have not received a refund confirmation email please contact us at help@jonzara.co.uk and provide your Order ID and Tracking Number.
