Hi Barbara, thank you for your feedback. As advised on your returns form we cannot confirm when we receive a return and will only contact you once the refund has been processed. We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of them being posted back to us. You can review the progress of your return on the Royal Mail website using the Tracking Code on the postage receipt issued by the post office. I can see that you received your original order 8 days ago, on Friday 21st August 2026. Depending on when you posted it back to us it is likely either still in transit or is in our queuing system awaiting processing. I hope this reassures you, however, in the unlikely event you do not receive a refund notification within 14 days of the date of posting please do contact us directly on help@jonzara.co.uk and provide your Order ID and Tracking Number so that we can investigate.
