My experience with JM has been very good. The shopping experience has been very good this year no complaints at all, I would stress the need to keep a balance between the trader and the hobbyist by offering deals for both pockets. One othere suggestion would be to give people the choice of findings in a kit and make sure they get there stock levels right, you do get annoyed when things have sould out and it takes weeks even months for them to get simple tools back in stock or remove them from the web site all together. All this would help to make the JM experience perfect

excellent exactly what I wanted or I wouldn't have ordered it
Most of the time the service is good but occasionally you think you have secured an item and then you receive an email to say you haven't. I don't see how this can happen when you have paid by credit...
