Experienced problem with Condor ferry on out and inbound journeys due to technical issue. Rescheduling of ferry times meant 2 days out of the 5 days planned were lost.

The service from Jerseytravel was very good however the hotel whilst OK did not refill coffee in the room this had to be asked for daily - they did not refill the shower gel or hair shampoo unless...

Booking was easy and my request for a ground floor room (elderly mother) was passed on to the hotel.
Eva at Jersey Travel was extremely helpful and efficient when our ferry was cancelled

Many Thanks for your feedback. We are extremely sorry that your trip was disrupted by a flight cancellation outside of our control. Unfortunately the airline did not advise us of this late notice cancellation so we were unable to proactively assist, however we do have an out of hours emergency number via which we could have been contacted for help.
Easy process to book and kept us informed fully when flight was cancelled by the airline.

Room serviced promptly and very. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast every morning. Hotel ideally located near bus station.
