I would reccomend Jeremy Leaf & Co. They were professional and helpful throughout. We appreciated that they were happy to answer all of our questions, and made the process of renting straightforward.

I've used Jeremy Leaf now for a number of years and they have always secured good tenants for my property and managed it well. I would happily recommend the company as letting and management agents.

Disappointing
My experience was terrible. I'm disappointed in the level of customer service and after sale treatment. Plus there fees are sky high

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our services but please be assured that we will investigate the cause of your dissatisfaction. The development is managed by the landlords themselves and the aftercare service is therefore somewhat out of our control. Nonetheless, we will address the issue with the landlord.
Regarding the fees - we believe that they are in fact in line (or lower in many instances) compared to other local Estate Agents but our Lettings Manager will get in touch with you today to resolve the matter.
We thank you for sharing your thoughts with us and we do hope that you will settle in well in your new homes.
