Our Step 1 courses are introductory courses to bring these topics that are new to our students, to light. In Step 2 they are covered with far more detail and engagement to prepare you for the Microsoft exam and portfolio projects to follow (which we are so glad to hear that you enjoyed). Pound for pound, are traineeship are better priced than any of our competitors. At the end of the day, you are paying for 2 sets of courses, preparation for and the sitting of the Microsoft exam, support from a knowledgeable tutor which you can't put a price on, as well as our full, multifaceted recruitment service. We structure our traineeships in Steps. Step 1 comprises all the courses. But once students are through to Step 2, the focus is then purely on the A+ exams with no other distraction. Our course completion times are based on best-case scenarios, dependent on ability and understanding. That said, you have done really well. Our internal exam does provide a challenge but you passed with 76.2% Well done! These are self-study courses, where students are prompted to reach out to their tutors should they require support but we have taken your suggestion on board for consideration.
