This is, for the most part, a self-study traineeship that students attend when it suits them. Due to the number of students studying our traineeships, it is difficult to check on each student individually. We do, however, provide the tutor's contact details for students to reach out to when they need to, and the tutors are always happy to assist. The internal assessment exam provides a challenge, as we need to be absolutely sure our students have understood the material they have studied. You did well on your first attempt, missing the mark by only 3%. Your 2nd attempt was excellent and you passed with 83.3%. Well done! The 12 week recruitment period accounts for the fact that not all our recruitment partners may be looking for new staff at the time that you complete your traineeship, which is why we approach the recruitment process from many angles, which includes networking with brand new companies on your behalf, referring your CV to our network of trusted recruitment agencies and sourcing job board links to ensure that no opportunities are missed. All in all, you have done exceptionally well and we are really glad to hear of your experience with us.
