Hi ETM, Thank you for your review. Congratulations on completing the first portion of our Cyber Security Traineeship, and on your placement as an IT Support Technician. It is important to realise that almost all of our students are in the same boat as you: starting a new career with little to no experience. In fact, if you have little experience, you have more than more of our students. The positions we offer are entry level roles that would not be suitable to experienced candidates. There is a lot of work to get through, but this forms the foundation of IT and is essential in forming you into a well-rounded candidate, with everything you need included in the traineeship. You have a tutor to support you. We see that you had a few communications with him, but most of your questions were concerning the traineeship structure, and less on the actual course content. Although you have done incredibly well, we believe you would have benefited more by utilising your tutor more. On the internal exam, your scores improved exponentially with each attempt, passing well on your 4th attempt. All in all, you have done really well and we are extremely proud of you.
