Tutor's contact details are provided up enrollment and students are promoted to reach out to the tutor whenever they require support. I have looked through the last communication between yourself and both tutors and do not see anything out of the ordinary (in your last exchange with Leigh, he asked that you please complete all courses to 100% before progressing to the internal exam, and Pierre provided so prep for the A+ exams which you appreciated. The previous A+ syllabus (the 1000 series) was due to expire in October so if you had studied the 1000 series courses, you were affected by that deadline and needed to take the exams by October. Students wishing to take the newer 1100 exams were provided an extension. We are sorry if you felt rushed to take the 1000 series exam.
