Hi Jessica, Thank you for your review. As much as we would love to have 1 tutor for every student, it's just not possible. The courses are, for the most part, of a self-study nature. But tutor support is always at available, and please rest assured that you always have Stanley's undivided attention when he responds toy our emails, or when you have a meeting with him. Our students have 1 full year to complete the traineeship. There is a fair amount of work involved but the time is sufficient. We are sorry to hear that the delivery style does not match with your learning style. For the most part, our students are not looking for part-time skills, as their goal is to be placed into a career with the understanding that there is a fair amount of work to be done. You are tracking well, and we encourage you to continue reaching out to Stanley for further support. IT Career Switch
