Hi Ammar, We are so happy to hear that you were placed so soon after completing the IT Technician Traineeship. Although the Windows 7 exams have been retired from Microsoft, that does not mean that Windows 7 isn't still widely used within the workplace. That is why we include them in our Traineeships as the knowledge is still requested in a vast amount of IT Support job listings. Our assessment is designed to thoroughly test our students as we have an extremely high bench-mark of the calibre of candidates we put forward for placement. Hi SB Thank you for your review. We are a little surprised by some of the negative comments in your review. After all, we were able to place you into an IT support role with a starting salary of 21K, only 2 weeks after completing the IT Technician Traineeship. In your case, your personal recruitment consultant took a pro-active approach to source you a role whilst waiting for openings with our partner companies. We have often had students successfully hired for roles that have initially asked for 1-3 years of experience in their job ads. This is because we have an outstanding reputation in the IT industry of producing good quality candidates through our Traineeships. Our CV-Rebuilds have had excellent praise with companies in the industry and are a big factor in why our students get hired so quickly. Unfortunately, in your case, a couple of admin errors were initially made by the CV team but were rectified the same day for you with their apologies. The IT Technician Traineeship includes 7 accredited courses, Livelabs, Official CompTIA exams (£312 cost), Tutor support, full CV rebuild, and recruitment into an IT position all for a one-off fee of £595. Its a combination of all these elements that makes our candidates employable within the IT industry as just the CompTIA A+ isn't sufficient. We agree with you that students seeking just the CompTIA A+ qualification alone and are not interested in starting a new career or utilizing our other benefits could find cheaper alternatives.
