Hi Darren, Thank you for your review and feedback which we appreciate. As part of the recruitment process, our Recruitment Specialists select positions from job boards for our candidates to apply for with their details. These job ads will be selected based on the types of positions that our candidates are generally hired for, as well as the candidates' background. This part of the process is in addition to our Specialists referring your CV out to our partnered companies and our network of partnered recruiters. We aim to have your CV distributed as widely as possible, to maximise your potential feedback and the number of roles that you may be considered for. Unfortunately, receiving some rejections is just part of the process, but I am very pleased that you were offered a role after your second interview!
