If a candidate chooses to specialise their skills in a certain direction, they are encouraged to continue their learning outside of the courses that we offer. Due to the nature of the development industry, learning new languages and keeping up to date with new techniques is a constant challenge for developers. To place a candidate, we are dependent on our partner companies having suitable vacancies for them. In an effort to not put all of our eggs in one basket, our recruitment specialists act proactively to ensure that no opportunities are missed for our candidates. This includes networking with recruiters on our candidates' behalf, always striving to strike up new partnerships with companies, as well as sourcing recent job board listings for our candidates to submit their applications to. We utilise every resource available to us to ensure the highest likelihood of our candidates receiving offers and provide every advantage that we can to our candidates in the form of rebuilding their CV, providing interview tips, and assisting candidates with updating their LinkedIn profiles. Almost all our students only have their A+ certification which is ample for the positions we place them into, since these are entry level positions. Please bear in mind that you purchased a traineeship programme with us, which included online training and a job guarantee or your money back clause. This clause binds us to find our candidates roles within 12 weeks from completing the traineeship, and if we are unable to do so within that time-frame, the candidate is entitled to have their course fees returned to them. This is not the same thing as a guaranteed job, and we agree with you that it would be unethical to pay anyone to secure a job.
