Step 1 of the traineeship is aimed at preparing newcomers and getting them up to speed for Step 2. Paddy is a fantastic tutor and we are glad that you enjoyed your time with him and completed your projects. The CV template that we use has proven successful for our candidates, and we have had good feedback on it from companies and recruiters alike. Samantha was happy to use her expertise to help tailor a CV that you found more personally pleasing and that would still highlight your skills sufficiently.
