Hi Ibukun, Thank you for your review. Firstly, we are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience, but we feel that 2 stars is quite unfair, especially highlighting value as your main critique. Our Cyber Security Traineeship can be purchased for only £945, consisting of 11 courses, practical livelabs, expert CV review, Job/money back guarantee and £594 worth of exam vouchers. We have yet to find a like for like package on the market that offers better value. Most of our competitors charge 4 to 6 times the amount we do, including the company you have highlighted. We had only contacted you once around 6 weeks after your initial enquiry regarding an offer which you accepted so we feel at a loss as to where you feel this was an aggressive sales campaign. Ultimately, all the skills and knowledge that is gained in the Traineeship and presented on the CV via our expert CV review is what leads to our candidates gaining employment. We are glad to see you took a pro-active approach within the recruitment period and have been offered a role as an IT Technician. We trust that your first 2 weeks in your new career has been an exciting one. At this point, we give practical training for CompTIA A+ Core 2, as it is required in order to pass that exam. Additional practical training is beneficial but would also prolong the length of the traineeship, where the A+ core 2 practical training is enough to get one started in the world of IT. The internal assessment is based on questions that our partner companies provide us with. That said, you passed it on your first attempt with 83.3%. We will be adding your Step 4 courses to your training portal this week and look forward to supporting you through the final step of the traineeship. Bradley
