Have not used it yet.

Have used before, last trip the rates were not competitive but this time they are so are using again. Easy to purchase policy online.

getting insurance was great trying to download policy crappy cant get a full download of documents

web site was so slow, it almost made me not buy the policy cause i felt like if they cant afford tom aintain a good website maybe they will go broke and my insurance wont be valid

Cheap and very easy to get a policy, good user friendly website. Didn't use it so not sure about how they respond to claims.
