Very efficient.

I have been using the excess insurance for about 3 years now. I have never had cause to use it ,but as I hire cars 3-4 times a year it is good to know that it is covered.

I sincerely hope I don't need to claim, but trust that in the event that i do the service will be just as good.

I found it interesting that a representative for Rekord in Spain became quite distressed when I declined their insurance!

Seemed to be ok but as I haven't had to make a claim my experience is limited to buying a policy; I would expect this to be good.

However, it would be nice if the car hire companies still did not demand a huge deposit if you do not take out their comprehensive insurance. If you could somehow arrange that for an extra premium,...

Whilst I have never had to make a claim, all the administration of the insurance and all dealings with the firm have been excellent.

Made a claim last year, process was pain free

Easy procedure to renew our policy. Should we ever need it I hope the claim procedure is as easy!
