Very good cover and easy to renew. One small criticism...is it really necessary to send out renewal reminders over a month before its due?

Excellent value for money. Great for peace of mind especially when travelling abroad. The one time we did have to make a claim the whole process was handled with utmost speed and friendliness. A joy!

Haven't had to use them so far but the renewal process was painless and appears efficient.

I had to claim about 3 years ago; it was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

I receive numerous an emails reminding that it is time to renew. The renewing process is quick, easy and simple to do.

Over the years I have insured with you, the Rating is good. BUT, this year I could not go on line or arrange by 'phone as your systems were down. Took several calls to get cover.
