Friendly, helpful and efficient service

I made two calls to explore options before booking over the phone. In all cases, your staff were excellent: extremely helpful even though two calls overran 9.00pm, knowledgeable about the options...

No email confirmation, I have had to chase Inghams for this

The booking process was uneventful, as it should be. However I still have not received a confirmation email. Having paid a deposit, this is very uncomfortable.

Thank you for your feedback, I have just checked on our notes and I can see my colleague Katie has emailed you about this and that a confirmation invoice was reissued. However I can then see that we had a delivery failure report sent through. I will ask our team to look into this and get in contact directly.
