Let down by failure to send promised email confirmation

Have booked via Inghams website previously. This year it wouldn't do what we needed on 2 separate occasions so I gave up and phoned. Booking made BUT the promised email within three hours never...

Thank you for your feedback about our website. We're so sorry that you experienced problems with it, and will certainly share your feedback with the appropriate team. Having reviewed your booking details it's not clear why the invoice was not received by you on the first two occasions that it was sent to you by email. We appreciate that it is frustrating when these important documents are not received promptly and do apologise for any inconvenience caused.
