Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your booking experience with us, I just wanted to explain why this happened. Unfortunately this process was completely out of our hands as the allocation was coming directly from the hotel. As for the price increase we apologise as we understand that this is frustrating but with the add on of the extra guest for this booking it took extra time with the hotel to request and extra room on top of the rooms we had already requested for you. Unfortunately in this case it meant the hotel didn't hold the original single rooms for us as they are only obligated to hold them for 48 hours after the initial request coming back, As soon as we heard back from the hotel we passed this to you, As lots of single rooms were being requested, this far in advanced unfortunately the request process does take longer and does change more frequently than our regular request process as the hotels have far less single rooms than regular twin rooms. We apologise again for the inconvenience but are happy we were able to get this sorted for you and get the extra twin rooms for single use in for you at your first choice hotel!
